Children explore a range of full-size items of playground equipment and make their own models. This unit gives children opportunities to learn about framework structures and how to make them stable and able to support loads.
Because we care about kids we have included safe surfaces among our offerings. Their advantages are: flexibility, and resistance to weather and soaking. They prevent skids and injuries which kids risk during play on playgrounds.
Playground equipment refers to equipment intended for use in the play areas of parks, schools, child care facilities, institutions, multiple family dwellings, restaurants, resorts, and recreational developments, and other areas of public use. Sometimes the safety of playgrounds is disputed in school or among regulators. Over at least the last twenty years, the kinds of equipment to be found in playgrounds has changed, often towards safer equipment built with modern materials.
